PSU too good to be true?

Its made by CWT, apart from the cables having no braiding at all, its a good budget device.

Not a brand to go for if you are overclocking or approaching the 600w mark or the 500w for that matter. will be fine for a single gfx card PC so long as its not a duel card like a 6990 maybe with a mild overclock.

IMO if your going to be spending a chunk of your time braiding the cables on a PSU atleast get a good one and modular at that, generally take the braids with you when you upgrage then ;)

A GTX260 equivalent is around a ATI 5770

I ran a GTX260 and older AMD system with a OCZ 450W modstream PSU just fine, this 600W thing will be fine too.

Yeah this PC is never going to hit that kind of spec... As it's not majorly for me, the braiding is more a nice side effect rather than anything else! :p To be honest, the PSU is lucky it's not going to be a cheap nasty thing that comes from a pre-build, so this is a pretty good upgrade for it :p

What stulid said, these are nothing to do with enermax. This was brought to the attention of ocuk in their news thread but they still haven't changed the product descriptions of these psu's.
