PSU trouble!

Hi, I have had my psu for about 2 years now and suddently last night it started making this noise:

Would you suggest and upgrade or is it fixable?

Currently on my laptop. Ill leave the computer turned off untill the upgrade arrives, which one would you suggest? - I need 2x 4 pins for the gpu, hdd and dvd are sata.
