PSU Upgrade Recommendations

Looking to get a new power supply. Max budget £200 but would love to come in under that. I was looking at 1200w power supply but if you think I could get away with less I'm all ears.

Setup.
i7-920 @4.2
Gigabyte G1. Gorilla
2x MSI 7970 lightning boosted edition
1GB Nvidia Geforce 285 for hybrid physx
Noctua nh-d14
5 HDDs, 1 SSD, 1 dvd tray and a load of usb devices.

I was looking at an OCZ ZX Series 1250W power supply as they seem to be cheapest, but want to make sure I get a decent psu and I'm not sure about their quality so I'm looking for recommendations. (as you might of guessed I'm a psu noob)
 
Just to add, Silverstone Strider Gold 1200w and Antec High Current Pro 1200W Modular on here are also In my price range for the next day, so out of the three?
