I'm looking to upgrade my current system to an i5 based one fairly soon, however I'm not sure whether my PSU will have enough power to run my new system.
I'm currently running an E8400, GTX260 (the original one), Asus P5N-D mobo and 4GB of DDR2 RAM, on an Antec TruePower 550W PSU, with no problems. I also have two SATA HDDs.
My plan is to upgrade to install the Asus P7P55D motherboard, with the i5 750 and 4GB of DDR3 dual-channel RAM. I'm not replacing my graphics card, and I don't want to overclock anything.
What is the recommend minimum wattage of a PSU in a i5 system? What PSUs are you using?
