Psu upgrade

Not really an upgrade and more just buying a new Psu really. I have a corsair 1200i which to be honest, I was never impressed by. It whines and its the noisiest part of my pc by far. I'm putting a new build together and was wondering which is the best 1200w? Id like it to be quiet and not too expensive or no more 200 quid if that's achievable.

I've heard seasonic are worth looking at?

I'd prefer 1200w as I'll be going sli again at some point in the psu' s lifetime. I'll be running a single Titan x on it at first but I intend on getting two of the 980s successor

All look nice. Really, would I notice any difference between the £159 EVGA one and the £213 seasonic one? I know its better specs but in everyday use would I know any better? First and foremost I don't want to hear whine. My last two corsair PSU's have been a nightmare and the price of the 1200i has put me right off buying a PSU from them again
