Bought this case a few days ago :

And also got a new Corsair 750TX V2, which has a big fan at the bottom.

Now this new case is on legs, and has a dust filter on the bottom of the case, and apart from the front fan, rear fan, two fans at the top and one in the side window, also the option of a little fan on the bottom of the case, right behind the PSU.

However, i'm not sure if i should put by PSU in normal (fan down), or upside down (fan up)

What would be best ?

I would put the PSU with the fan down, this will allow the PSU to draw cooler air in, the case has several fans to keep its self ok.

cheers chaps, I shall put it in normally.

Also read something about intake and exhaust fans, do have you to set that yourself, or is that just depending on where they're placed?

They'll blow in one direction (usually in the direction of the side with the label in the middle), so it's just a case of which way round you put them in. Generally speaking, you'll want intakes at the front and bottom, and exhausts at the back and top. The side fan can be either an intake or exhaust, and that really depends on the case/setup. I'd test it and see which works best for you.
