They overestimate for a good reason, to take into consideration overclocking, capacity degradation etc

I would be looking at 650w at least and 750w if overclocking :)

Are you sure? Because I've been using my Antec high current gaming 520W for a year now and it's fine haha, But eventually, Im overclocking so i assume i may need to upgrade? also to something modular

Yeah that's why it's better to get a higher wattage PSU in the first place, rather than having to faff around later :p

Also capacity degradation happens over a longer term not one year ;)
