Well I'm in the market for a new PSU and found this PSU wattage calculator

It says I need 454W Is this thing anywhere near accurate ??

List your specs and we can judge.

Generally those PSU calculators calculate wildly
OTT.

For example a64 3000+ listed at 89W . Using Tcasemax my particular venice has a TDP of only 32W.

I did one of these and it said something like 250w even though the minimum specs in my graphics card said 450w.

one of those estimations must be way out.

What a crap web site in that link. It doesn't even list my processor and lists nothing but AMDs in the "servers" section.
