PSU Whistling

Hi,

I was hearing a slight whistling noise coming from my PC the last couple of days. I decided to open it today and check the fans but it's not coming from them.

I have a feeling that it is my PSU making the whistling noise.

Is there anyway to fix this?

Surely that won't fix the problem.

It doesn't do it all the time only seems to be when I am using resources (gaming, converting videos etc).
