PSU with 0db setting or fan off.

my RM 750 used to turn off, i have just been sat thinking why would i buy an HX550 for my media centre, i just seen under the spec's for my psu "Fan Size: 12cm Silent Fan with temperature control". my fan is spinning fast all the time i may RMA it
