PSU with 6x 6pin ( or 6+2 ) PCI-E ?

The corsair hx 850w has six pci-e power connections (see here). However, if you are going to fully utilise all of these connections then you may want to go for a more powerful unit.

How much you reckon for say 3x 5870s ? Shouldn't need more than 950W I'd think.
Anything else than corsair around there? Seems corsair doesn't have model between 850 and 1050 that's only on pre-order as well. Has to be modular obviously.

Ah, if you are running three HD 5870s then a HX 850W is probably running a bit close (the maximum power usage of a stock HD 5870 is 188W). Depending on the rest of your system you could get away with a HX 850W, but I would still suggest going for a higher power PSU so you have the extra headroom.
The HX 1050W is a nice unit - if you want to run three HD 5870s, have modular cables and a bit of power headroom, then this is a really good option. Here is a review.
