PSU worries

I have been upgrading my self built PC recently and have just realised that I don't know if my PSU is up to the job. My PSU is a 400W one that came with my OcUK Value Estar 7799 Case. I have done the following upgrades:

Celeron D 326 2.53GHz to Core 2 DUO E4300 "LGA775 Allendale" 1.80GHz
Asus P5P800-SE Motherboard to Asrock 4CoreDual-VSTA Motherboard
HIS Excalibur ATI Radeon 9550 128MB to Sapphire ATI Radeon X1950 Pro 512MB

I am also running a DVD-RW and two IDE Hard drives.

The new Graphics card is going to come tomorrow and I'm not sure if it's going to work with my PSU and whether or not I'll need a new one. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have a look here at the ASUS Website to get a good idea of what power you need ;)

Your PSU will need the 6 ( or is it 4?? ) pin power adapter so you can power the Card.

If your looking to do some overclocking, maybe a 500W + will be a better option with some decent rails on it.

Thanks for the link, that site's really useful. As for overclocking, I haven't found the guts to do it yet, all the warnings of premature system death put me off, so if I do I'll get a better PSU.
