Ok so with the imput of melbourne720 ive come up with the below machine but he seams to have vanished for the night now and i need a psu. He reccommeded seasonic so im thinking of going for the - Seasonic M12 Modular 600W Silent ATX2.0 Power Supply is this sufficient for the below spec or should i go for the 700w im ordering all this tomorrow as soon as somone give me the sign!
