I just got a replacement 4870 back from clockers, the original was sent there cause of a flicking screen, they said it was faulty and shipped me a replacement, the replacement just seems as bad if not worse....I did how ever notice a strange noise coming from the PSU as it was booting up.....PSU is brand new as well an OCZ 700w modular.....

If its a high pitching whining sound, its nothing to worry about as a lot of PSUs and motherboards have that problem, usually when underload.
