I'd get the old one out first and have a look. Dell have a habit of putting strange shaped psu's in their machines sometimes.

It will be fine, but if you look around i've seen a superior BeQuiet 350W 80 Plus PSU for £30.

I do belive it is a standard ATX psu you need
