anyway way to find out or is there a monitor for measuring the amount of wattage from the psu and how good is my psu:

Funny I was looking at just this yesterday. There isn't any software as it's apparently not possible, however I believe you could buy a bit of hardware which will display usage. Hopefully someone will confirm this shortly.

You could measure what wattage is being used by the PSU at the wall with a meter and roughly use the efficiency rating to give you an idea of whats being used by the hardware.

Nope.

Thhings like motherboard monitor will tell you the voltages.
