a decent 650w would be all you need. you could always get an 800w one so you can add a second gpu in later

yeah it would power it fine, things to remember is the closer to the limit you run a PSU the louder/hotter it is, its also more likley to fail. One thing to never scrimp on is the psu its the true heart of a PC.
Also a PSU that is under less load runs a lot more efficient. So the closer to the limit a psu is used the less efficient it will be.

What would you say is best for it? Dont want to spend more than 80 on a psu also want modular if that possible

its modular 700w and under £80.
That system could just about run on a decent 500W system so 600W is fine no need to go 700W its a waste, also will you be wanting to SLI?
