I was surprised to see that I joined this forum nearly six years ago, but must admit, I only pop in when it's time for an upgrade (my last two pc's bought from OC's). I am no tech expect, so could really use some advice in piecing together my new build.

Putting together the jigsaw which will be my pc is mind boggling as I am not up-to-date at all. My new PSU will run;

i7 2600k
Asus P67 Mobo
Geforce 570 GTX
4 or 8gb ram
1 Solid State HDD
1 SATA HDD
1 DVD-RW

I would like to get a modular psu as I want to keep it tidy inside. But where do I start, what recommendations do you have? is there a minimum required? I hope to overclock, but im new at this also, so wont be going mad.

Is there any advice to follow in choosing? budget is what ever is neccessary, but dont want to go overkill. thx in advance!

+1 for that antec

Also, may I ask what you will be using the PC for? I ask because if you are mainly using it for gaming then the £90 cheaper i5 2500K is almost just as good.

It will be used for games, but dreamweaver and photoshop will be utilised a lot aswell.

I'll check out the antec thats been mentioned, thanks for the help so far
