PSUs with USB C power delivery?

Are there any PSUs which also have USB C power delivery? It seems a sensible place to put it. Or maybe a pass-through from the motherboard to the front panel connector, adding power delivery?
 
Curious, why add to the demand on your power supply?
I would go for a powered usb hub if you need data or for charging only a separate dedicated power supply.
One can buy USB C power delivery modules that could be fed from standard power lead from any power supply- but that wouldn’t give you the data lines.

I think the best you will find are monitors with USB-C PD
