Just looking at this build im trying to put together and I'm not sure what watt PSU I will need to run this graphics card:

Depending on the rest of your system, I would say 500W and upwards would be fine.

550W offical requirement for 275...maybe 600W for whole system?

Definately don't scrimp when it comes to the PSU, could cause you headaches further down the line. Highly recommend the Corsair 750w, will be more than enough for that system.
