PSVR on sale for £200 at the moment

There’s a deal on at the moment that includes Firewall Zero Hour, which promises to be a fantastic VR title.

Tempted myself with this offer.
Instead getting a new GPU, get preowned PS4 and a PSVR, just for Firewall Zero Hour..

That's what makes me wonder why anyone bothers with PC gaming anymore. You can literally buy a PS4 pro, VR headset, move controllers and several games for the cost of just a decent GPU alone nevermind the rest of the hardware you need for a PC build!

As much as I used to be a serious PC advocate component prices are so high these days it's honestly no longer worth it IMO.

and let's be honest, PSVR is almost as good (arguments for its actually better) over a 2k pc and vr headset

yesterday I went on one of those motionVR machines. It was rubbish!

Having used both, the PSVR is no where near as good as the Rift or Vive in terms of image quality. To the point where you can read text on the RIft/Vive which you just can't make out of PSVR.

I would also say that using a Playstation pro makes for a big improvement to text and texture quality since it supersamples in pretty much every VR game. In terms of PSVR on a PS4Pro Vs a Vive/Oculus I don't feel there's a noticeable difference in image quality personally

I honestly thought the exact opposite. The motionVR machines use Vive headsets and I thought the text was very blurred. Granted it's not great on the PSVR either.

Product code 234652 but it's now out of stock

The next cheapest one is £239 with a game, code 248214

If you don't want the motion controllers it's £199 with a game

I think I'm looking in the right place, but those deals don't seem to be available.

Any more out there?

I played Firewall: Zero Hour on the PSVR today...

Best VR shooter out, on any platform. I have recently been thinking about moving over to console from PC, this game alone may have convinced me...its excellent absolutely excellent
