I've never been keen on the Xbox controllers, which is one of the main ive avoided buying one for so long. The only pad ive ever liked is the original PSX one without the analogue pads.
So now i have an xbox, bought after discovering that Tekken 6 was available on it (and most of my friends have xbox's), i am really struggling with the controller
Apparently the D-Pad is analogue and feels really unresponsive, the design of the pad compared to the PS one means that my thumb is it a really weird angle and at this time my only option is the use the analogue stick to play the game. I have to say though, i do prefer the analogue sticks on the xbox compared to the playstation although i;ve always avoided using them.
I know about the XIM360 but that's mainly for keyboard and mouse use, maybe it will work with my logitech usb pad, but its bloody expensive!
Ive just read about something called the Access Control which is pad designed for one handed players, but the best thing about is that it allows you to decide where the buttons are positioned on the controller
..except it doesn't look very comfortable for 2 handed players
Does anyone know if its possible to get a PSX style pad for use with the 360? I'm really beginning to wish i had bought a PS3 ... or just made do with Tekken 3 on ePSXe
Cheers
