Psychometric Testing

I want to give someone (who works for me part-time) a psychometric test, to see how suitable they are for the various tasks I give them. It's all about having them focusing on what they are good at, rather than giving them work where they are not suited.

Anyone know where I can get a decent test for free?

Nah they are rubbish anyway.
Everyone I've tried says I have some form of psychosis.
