PT Nuke clogging my loop?

Hi all,
I had noticed that flow seemed to have slowed down on my loop (only running it about a month) so i emptied res a bit to confirm this.It was very slow moving so after some testing i found the cpu block to be the cause.
I really should have taken a pic as it was badly blocked with what would be best described as what looked like a lump of diluted thermal paste.

So i cleaned cpu block and ran about a litre of water throught the system about 2 weeks ago.I now have noticed a tide mark on the res, same grey colour the gunk was that blocked the cpu block before.
Rads where well cleaned before use.

I'm using purified water i got from chemist and i followed the label on the PTnuke bottle and added 4 drops per litre.

The water is clear but have i done something wrong or added to much nuke?

What tubing is it?

Could be the PT reacting with the tubing esp if its getting hot, causing plasticizer to leach into the water.

Current best practice is not to use PTNuke at all, just use water and a silver coil.

Whats your entire setup like? What rads/blocks/fittings are you using?

What process did you use to clean the radiator?

Hi,
I'm using a quad and double PA,
XSPC tubing,
EK high flow cpu with an EK 5850 block,
D5 vario and all bitspower compressions.

For cleaning rads i used slightly cooled water from kettle.I did about 8 rinses until water was clear and no debris.I then flushed them with distilled.

You may be on to something with the hose as i did change it when i redid the loop last time. Both where XSPC and the same size on paper but when i measured the newer hose was slightly smaller so a different batch.

Thanks for the reply.

Its the flux from the PA. I got 3 quad PA's mysef, I used a similar method as you did but I still got all the crap. My advice is to just change the distilled water every week untill it clears up. The annoying this is that I noticed cpu at load increased by 6 degrees.

Also I dont think its the PT nuke as I only used a silver coil and purified water.

I checked the makers website and it states 4 drops per litre for the particlar one i have.
Mine is the clear one not the blue coloured one, which does say 1 drop per litre.

I guess my only option is to rinse the full loop out and get a silver coil instead.
I do wish i had added a drain line now :(

Thanks again.
