PubG windows 10 Preview 18290 BSOD BEDAISY.SYS wtf

Ok this is annoying me, and it only seems to have happened after i got a new monitor lol
i was told it was something being blocked by AV to do with Battleeye though i have windows 10``s defender crap disabled....

the BSOD happens the instance i try to launch PUBG from within steam.

tried a few other games and they seem fine.... its really annoying as its like 2 seconds after launching i mean i dont even see the screen go to black to starting the game or i dont even see the pubG logo before the screen goes black to start it....

anyone have any idea`s im lost i have reverified the files and nothing seems wrong ?

Thanks for the suggestion, though i have tried new driver as 2 drivers recently got installed 417.21 and 417.22 currently running 417.22..

running 2x1080TI`s with a 34" Ultra Wide AW3418DW with Gsync Enabled @120hz.

Are you running an overclock?

Yes but i have been running the same OC for months and no issues,
this recent issue though has either happened due to new monitor or a conflict somewhere or drivers or the recent game update that just came out
its one of those 3 i tend to beleave it is not my oc though as im not even hitting 5.2 like i use to for power reasons to keep the system cooler i moved from 5.2 to 5.1 with my 8700k and i played previously @5.2 for months

something else must be amiss somewhere. i mean the BSOD happens even before i can start to render the game so its like desktop power that is going through the GPU`s and cpu even before the game starts.
