Public/Private Key encryption software

Hi,

Does anyone know of a free and user friendly piece of software that will allow me to do public/private key encryption of files?

I want to:

Send someone my public key
They encrypt a file with that key
They send the encrypted file to me
I decrypt it with my private key

Cheers I will take a look at that. I've used gpg on linux but only using a single key.
