publisher in a forum

i have made a flyer in ms publisher and want to post it on speedwayrc.com forum but i cant upload it to photobucket as the format is not supported and i cant use a piczo website as that dosnt support the format either.

any ideas?

save as pdf/jpg, then try uploading it?

sorry for all the questions but when i looked at the flyer i decided i wanted a picture in the background (behind the text) and in ms word i know you can format the picture to be behind the text but in ms publisher (what the flyer was created in) you dont have that option in the 'format picture' so if it can be done how?

tools > arrange > send to back maybe?

I don't have publisher on this computer but check the menus for arrange or send to back.
