Pudding ideas?

I recently bought 80 vanilla pods off of ebay but have no idea what to do with them.

I would really like to make some kind of desert tonight and am looking for ideas incorporating vanilla pods. I also bought a blowtorch, so anything that involves using that as well would be a big plus (man points).

Vanilla panna cotta?

You can use the blowtorch to, erm... Get the panna cotta out of their moulds!

Add a Green tea teag bag or two into the panna cotta mixture (the cream, milk & vanilla one - which you simmer). Makes it delicious.

Green tea actually works really well in tons of dessert food.
