Pug 106 Headunit problems

Hello

Ive got a 1998 Peugeot 106 zest 3 1.1 and wanted to fit a new headunit to it. Now ive bought this head unit. Unfortunatly it seems it wont fit without a lot of hassel. There is no simple plug to plug into the headunit, all the wires from the car seem to be seperate etc.

Now, would i be able to buy this, then connect all the seperate wires to that and plug my lead from headunit onto it?

Yea take some pictures, sounds like someone has removed the ISO plug from your car and used all the wires, most odd.

106 deffo came with a standard ISO plug on it, 98 (S) Saxo i had sure did.

Someone has chopped it off

You need to hand wire another loom in there, get a standard fitting ISO adpater.

i really dont under stand why some one would go to the bother of cutting off an iso adapter to wire in a head unit?
can any one tell me an advantage?
every head unit bought has iso leads with it?? :confused:

im not sure tbh ive only just bought this car 2nd hand, im guessing maybe the previous owner wanted to attach to an older headunit that didnt have iso connector on?

meh ive no idea, dont care as long as i get my head unit working
