Pug 206cc Replace Wing Mirror

Hi chaps,

My friends 206cc wing mirror has been smashed off by another car when parked outside her house.

The housing and glass is pretty much destroyed but the coloured cap is intact.

From doing some looking around on ebay it looks as if the CC's wingmirrors must slightly differ from the regular 206, do you know if this is true?

Also, any ideas on where I should look to source a replacement, can't find any on ebay and pug want around £150-£200 for the complete set!

I would be surprised if the 206CC mirror differed from the standard 206 mirror, why go to the cost of making a different one when you already have them made?

Tried a scrappy or somewhere like http://www.gsfcarparts.com ?

From memory, there is a small plastic housing on the inside of the door. This also contains the tweeter for the sound system. Pull the plastic away from the glass, i.e towards the inside of the car, and it will come away to reveal three screws. Undo them, and then mirror will drop off from the outside. Be careful as there will be wires for the electric mirror motors, and the heating element.

Get a new mirror of the bay or from a scrappy, and reverse the instructions above to replace. Dont worry if you can get an exact colour match ; the colour coded plastic trim will just pop off the old one, and you can glue it onto the new one.
