A friend of mine has bought a new phone (N80) via Orange online but has managed to enter the wrong PIN.
The phone now asks for the PUK (phone unlock code).
She tried calling orange customer services but I gather she got through to some automated service because it asked her for her mobile phone number.
Being a new contract and not being able to access the phone she doesn't know what her new phone number is.
So she would like to know firstly how to find out what her PUK is (where to look?)
Secondly she'd like to know what her new number is as it was not mentioned on the contract paperwork that she received (or at least not on the sheets that I saw).
