Pull- down iPad 2 holder for kitchen cupboard

With Father's Day and my old man's kitchen renovation in mind, I am looking for a holder that works with the iPad 2 which pulls down from underneath a kitchen cupboard unit.

A quick google brings up a device by Belkin but it does not fit underneath the unit, more in front of it.

Any help guys?
