Can anyone recommend any third party of the above? Howdens wanted £400 yet there are some on Amazon for around £150, so I'm wondering if anyone on here can recommend one that's cheaper than Howdens?
 
Are you needing the full carcass or just the internal working part?

£400 for a fully fitted and made one (what you’ll get from howdens) is fairly reasonable price. It’ll all be glue and bang on etc

Should try MKM, better kitchens and DIY kitchens to compare prices.

The £400 was the difference between a full cabinet with and without the pullout. We were already over budget so this was something we dropped, but I'm hoping to fit one later. The kitchen is being installed as we speak, so too late to shop around. :)
