Hey guys, my first post 
- ok my problem is with windows vista, when ever I open up a new window either IE or a folder why oh why does it never open fullscreen/maximized? its always half or less then my screensize and im sick to death of double clicking the blue bar every single time. Is there any folder options to fix this?
