Possibly thinking of switching to Pulse8 FTTC, does anybody here use them and what are they like for reliability, customer service etc?

Am I right in that they use the TalkTalk Business network rather than Openreach?
 
They might use TalkTalk Wholesale for their backhaul, as opposed to BT Wholesale, but it will still be an Openreach service.

Lots of providers use TalkTalk Wholesale, it's a perfectly good service. It's up to Pulse8 whether they oversubscribe the services they buy or not.
