pulseaudio "loses connection" when i open java or flash sites

basically whenever i click a java or flash site, my pulseaudio stays running but "Loses connection" till i restart it. only thing ive changed is adding another os to my multi boot configuration so i dont know why its doing it at all ill probably just go back to windows if i cant fix this, because i basically need sound...
