Pulsing case lighting

Hi all,

A friend recently installed a sound reactive light in her rig, it was intended for car use with a car lighter adapter, though she adapted it to Molex.

This gave a much nicer effect than the cold cathode tubes I've seen which just flick on and off with sound, rather, this pulsed and faded with the music, pulsing brighter with greater volume/bass. I'm wondering if there are products out in the market that give this effect, that are designed for case modding?

No one makes them anymore, But you can still get them.

What about those neon lights people put under their cars?

Because if they could be adapted + you could find a short enough one

- You could have it in almost any colour you'd want + programmable too

You say this with some certainty!

I'm trying to steer clear of re-wiring stuff as I'm no electrician and I don't want a PSU to blow up in my face, however so far this looks like my only option.

almost that way just adjustable
