Pump control knob broken

Installed one of these yesterday and all was good until I tried to change pump speed and realised that pump knob is broken

is there any other way of adjusting pump speed, pump is brand new from ocuk

did u break it or did it arrive broken if its brand new and it came broken return it

To be honest I'm not sure, I think it was already broken as the red bit just popped out. Not really bothered if there is some form of controller that I can use to control it.

So how can you adjust speed now?
If the seting is stuck at 5(highest), you can use a fan controller(like AQ5LT). There are others but I am not sure.

I almost did the same with my D5, turned the knob the wrong way and the button raised like it had come out of position, pushed it in and turned (all in one motion) with a screw driver and now its fine...

Thanks mate, will look into that. Gonna look into some reviews to see what it's like

Will try that mate but doubt it will work as whole red knob just comes straight out the pump
