Pump 'muttering' occasionally

Hey peeps,

My AiO cooler is ~2 years old now, and it seems like the pump is starting to give off an intermittent little chunter. It's not loud, or regular, and not really bothering me much, but do I need to worry about it?

Tbh, I figure that if it quits, my CPU will go into thermal throttle and it'll be really obvious that it's happened and I'll just buy a replacement at the time. The worry is that it might have some air in it... which implies water might be able to get out of it.

Advice appreciated!

Could possibly be air in the loop, not really heard of that happening in AiO units before though.

If you can take the hit then a replacement might be for the best.

Was kind of hoping not to replace it before I've had chance to consider a new i7 next year ^^;

Realised I was running the pump at about 2/3rds voltage to avoid the inherent buzz - taken it up to full and now it mutters less than it did before... O_o
