Pump/pump top leaking!

So, I've just finished putting together my first custom loop, go to fill it up for a leak test and I get a leak coming from the back of the pump top.

I'm using an ek-d5 pump with an xspc acetal pump top. The leak is coming from where the pump and top join, with the securing collar, not the fittings. The fittings are dry. The leak is serious, not just dripping but running out! Any ideas on this problem or have a fix?

Might be the problem if thereis no O-ring.. :p

Maybe have a look on youtube at an unboxing/assembly video to check you've done it right and go from there?

Yup, no o-ring. Pretty sure I never saw one when I got my pump? This is kinda annoying -.- Would the guys at OCUK be able to ship me a spare o-ring so I can finally finish this build off please? It's the missing part of the jigsaw :(

Might be worth dropping them a message. Double checked all your parts? Maybe it's inside something and you haven't noticed it.

Otherwise search "O-ring for D5 Tops" into google and it comes up with a list of places, looks like they are 2 quid each.

I'm not sure if you buy the core pump from EK it will come with the o-ring, at least it doesn't show anything on the description or pictures, the xspc one looks like that comes with the o-ring.
So probably you will need to buy one, you can get it for around £3 delivered.

Turns out I was having a dumb moment. Checked the product description of the pump & it says only the pump motor is included, no o-ring. So, I never had one in the first place. Looks like I'll be buying one of those right now & some extra fittings -.- This is getting far too expensive aha!
