Pump really loud

So, I finally did it. Got my system up and running.
5900x, in a rack.
Alpha cool 1080 rad with 9 fans (,currently fully passive though).

Raijintek d5 pump res
Alpha computer cryos next nickel block.


The fan is super loud though and theres this constant vortex. How do I fix this.?

I wonder if it's because there's a million bubbles in it but it is obnoxiously loud and I wasn't expecting this

Any help would be appreciated.

its certainly quietend itself down a bit now.

the tubing i have is quite thin-walled and kinking, and my runs need re-doing.
as the pc is in a rack i wanted to be able to pull the pc out to work on it so theres a lot of slack thats just kinking things so im going to maybe remove that and get some thicker tubing.

so far ive had no leaks - the last pc i watercooled was in the early 2000s - the intel core2quads.
