OK I'm using a swiftech mcp655 pump and now that Ive just about got my new case sorted out i was wondering pump speed really makes a lot of difference, I did a quick prime test on setting 4 and then again on setting 1 and temp wise it seemed very similar.
so I was wondering what other people do...?

do you run your pump at full speed ...?

Pumping speed makes little difference to temperatures in most loops. I use speed 2 on my vario, nice and quiet :)

Full speed always. Them pumps are silent. Or at least mine is. As i have a small res the faster i pump it round the better. But as said it does not make a massive difference. But every little helps. If it didn't they would buy a cheaper pump

Unless you have a particularly restrictive loop that needs the extra pressure there's no benefit to running pumps at full speed, you'll just dump more heat into the loop from the pump.
