Pump speed

Im sure this has been discussed loads, but I'm ideally looking for people who have experiences with similar pumps.EK XTOP Revo D5 PWM. Im currently running my pump at around 2000rpm via pwm which is about 40%, does anyone have any experience with running it lower without any issues and no change in temp?
Currently I'm getting around 25 for the cpu and about 26-28 for the board.

I've got the z270e strix and 6700k it is on a curve, however i have it not increasing speed until about 60-70 degrees. I have tried it lower than it and ran asus real bench and that seemed to get temps just over 71 degrees on a stress test idling it appears to be the same as at 40% i think I'm just being picky but as i will eventually be running two of them ideally i want it all as quiet as i can.
