Is the C-Systems CSP-MAG pump a good quality pump to cool a CPU and GFX card?

The original versions had quite a high failure rate so fell out of favour, not sure how they are now though.

I read somewhere the insides are very similar to the DDC pump?

They are good, I've had a few now and never been disappointed.

They are so small they are nice to work with.

The new ones dont suffer from the failure the old ones did (thats what i was told anyway)

there ok pumps, i have heard they fail easily and can leak... but this was supposed to be resolved and i think you can connect two together which is pretty cool

Because of the small size, would one be enough for a 120.1 rad, danger den 5 1/4" bay res, cpu block and gpu block?
