Pumpkin pie...

Has anyone else made this ? After trying some in the states, I thought Id give it a bash and used this recipe:

I'm partial to a slice of pumpkin pie, but I tend to favour the 'less hassle' approach and open a can of Libby's Pumpkin mix rather than mess around with the raw ingredient.

Pumpkin fritters with cinnamon sugar sound rather nyom though, Acid!

You can buy canned pumpkin here? I had no idea...

I used a decent sized one from Asda which is more of a carving type but worked well when baked.
