I don`t usually venture in here so i am sorry if i have posted in the incorrect section.
I am looking for a freestanding punch bag is there any model/make to look out for? Also online sports equipment shop reccomendations would be great.
I am not looking to spend a fortune but i do want something that can withstand being....... well punched! lol!
