Bump, but still great sites. I just wish they would use standard measurements - what the hell is a 'cup' when it's at home? :confused:

A cup is standard... in the US

It's awkward for conversion as obviously it's volume not weight so a cup of sugar is not the same weight as a cup of flour, a cup in liquid is 250ml, so just measure the ingredient up to the 250ml mark of a measuring jug.
