anyone being getting this error on windows 7,had it before a while ago but its been fine till today windows api function 131134,so no cod4 or 5 at the minute for me
 
EvenBalance won't support beta operating systems, it was the same with Vista and XP x64 when they were in beta. You're lucky to have got away with it as long as you have, but that's probably because 7 is closer to it's predicessors than Vista or XP x64 were to theirs.

No doubt they are working on support and watching the development of Windows 7. But there's no point diverting resources and adding official support for the beta when only a tiny proportion of players are using it and when it could still change significantly.

Just boot back into XP/Vista and use that.

PB works fine for me in quake live. Have you tried running the .exe's in compatibility mode?

will give it a try thanks,plus got a email back of punkbuster saying what you lads said,we wil not support windows 7 till it is released to the public
