Punto heater not working

Having a bit of a problem with my GF's car (07 Punto Grande). Even with the heater on the hottest setting with fans on full it's only blowing out cold air despite driving long distances and the car being up to temp.

The car doesn't have AC, just a conventional air blower.

Any suggestions on where to look?

Check your coolant, the car may still be at a decent temp but thats how I fixed my old saxos heating problem.

Could be a blocked heater matrix in the cabin. That's what happened with my Mini.

More than likely the control is broken. My sisters Punto has done it on two occasions, you can select hot but it still comes out cold.
