purchased stalker: Clear Sky - patches and mods?

Just got this, i liked the original but couldnt get into CoP, Im just wondering out of the box what patchs do i need and what mods for the best and least buggy experience?

edit: i see its up to .5.10, do i need them all or just the latest one? Also what performance should i expect on a 460 gtx 1gb?

Complete mod. You probably need the latest patch, so I'd get that too.

Should be able to run most things ramped up and still get decent fps.

runs smooth maxed out with no aa fine and looks great

Hard/confusing game though, seems a bit more hardcore than the first which was already hard as hell

Fantastic looking game imo, the lighting is sublime. Love the Freedom radio track as well.
